  • Yes, we provide free vehicle delivery throughout Harare and at Robert Mugabe International Airport.
  • Sprout Africa Car Rental does not guarantee type or model of vehicles; however, a client’s preference will be noted, and Sprout Africa Car Rental will supply the preferred vehicle if it is available. If it is not available a similar vehicle in the same class will be provided.

Standard procedures need to be followed when involved in an accident:

  • Obtain names and addresses of everyone involved, including witnesses if any.

To assist with your claim, we recommend capturing picture of the accident in real time

  • Inform the Police and Sprout Africa Car Rental at the earliest possible time, (at the very best, within 24 hours of the incident.)
  • Submit a copy of the driver’s licence to Sprout Africa Car Rental and complete an Accident Report Form within 48 hours of the incident.

  • Yes, all of our vehicles are comprehensively insured, and clients are just liable for the insurance excess (that component of assessed damage which the insurer will not cover, which often does not exceed 15 percent).
  • The vehicle will be rented with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank at the end of the car hire period. Alternatively, one will be given a vehicle at whatever level it will be and return it at that same level.
  • Yes, as long as they are included on the additional driver list and documents you filled out. They should hold a valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years’ experience and are over the age of 22.
  • Yes, there is need to communicate with the office as soon as possible so that assistance can be sent swiftly.
